MedCube Platform Terms of Use
Version 1.1 – 10th March 2026
-
Scope
These Platform Terms of Use govern the use of the MedCube Platform by authorised individual users acting on behalf of organisations that have entered into a Service Agreement with MedCube AS. These Terms apply to all users accessing the MedCube Platform, including employees, contractors, medical professionals, and other authorised representatives of MedCube partners.
-
Relationship with the Partner Organisation
Access to the MedCube Platform is granted through a partner organisation that has entered into a contractual agreement with MedCube. Users access the platform on behalf of that organisation and must comply with their organisation’s internal policies, these Platform Terms of Use, and the MedCube Privacy Policy. The partner organisation remains responsible for managing user access and ensuring that authorised users comply with applicable rules.
-
Access and Authorised Users
Users may access the MedCube Platform only where they have been authorised by their organisation. Each user account is personal and may not be shared with others. Users must ensure that login credentials are kept confidential and must take reasonable steps to prevent unauthorised access to the platform.
-
Permitted Use of the Platform
Users may access and use the platform solely for legitimate activities related to the coordination of medical transport missions, communication with authorised stakeholders, management of cases and logistics, and execution of operational tasks related to services provided by the partner organisation. Information entered into the platform must be accurate and relevant to the operational purpose of the platform.
-
User Security Obligations
Users must use the platform in a manner that protects the security and integrity of the system. Users must immediately notify their organisation or MedCube if they suspect unauthorised access, loss of credentials, or any security incident affecting the platform.
-
Prohibited Activities
Users may not attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the platform, introduce malicious software or automated tools, attempt to access data belonging to other organisations without authorisation, or misuse the platform for unlawful or non-operational purposes. MedCube may suspend access where platform security or integrity is at risk.
-
Data Protection and Privacy
Users must handle personal and medical data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, the policies of their organisation, and the MedCube Privacy Policy. Users acknowledge that personal data processed through the platform is handled in accordance with the Data Processing Agreement between MedCube and the partner organisation.
-
Marketplace and Provider Responsibility
The MedCube Platform enables partner organisations to identify and coordinate services offered by independent Network Providers. MedCube does not provide medical or transport services and does not guarantee the quality, availability, or suitability of services offered by Network Providers. Users acting on behalf of Platform Customers remain responsible for selecting appropriate service providers for each case.
-
Suspension of Access
MedCube may suspend a user’s access to the platform if these Terms are violated, platform security is threatened, or the partner organisation requests suspension.
-
Changes to the Terms
MedCube may update these Platform Terms of Use from time to time. Users will be notified of material updates when they next access the platform.
